driveshafts are obviously a bit of an issue!!! what breaks on then the shaft or joints? are there stronger ones about someone said landrover ones , i presume they meant freelander

No the driveshafts are strong enough its just on full extention on the springs and engine rotation the driveshaft popes out of the gearbox and looses all the needle roller bearings. so that is why a spacer is needed when longer springs are used.

thats a relief , spacer and an engine steady and we should be ok ![]() will try to find a spare drive shaft or two as well , they make good ballast any way did you have any luck with your spring makers details , how much did you lift your ride height?
