Hi everyone , as i said in the introduce your self secion, Im new to skodas.

-What gear oil grade should I give the five speed g/box? is it 80W oil??
To what level should I fill? Just below the speedo gear? or just above? I didn't opened that yet.

-TO change the fuel filter, is there a bleeder somwhere on the carb to bleed off the traped air?? or no need fo bleeding?

-How are door cards removed? are they 'clipped on' and need just to pull them? I dont want to try and break them.

-What mpg should I get? as the speedo milage counter is not working
Thank for now.

Hi Bud,
Gear oil :- just standard 80-90w

The door cards are held in by clips.Be careful.
Get a couple of screwdrivers and feel your way round until you detect one.
Try to prise it out with a screwdriver at either side ; so as not to snap it.
